PARTICIPATING IN GOD’S GENEROSITY


Matthew 10:8—“Freely you have received, freely give.” (NIV)


1 Chronicles 29:14“But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able thus to offer willingly? For all things come from you, and of your own have we given you.”


Psalm 112:9—“He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor, his righteousness endures forever” (NIV) 



Matthew 5:42—“Give to the one who begs from you, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you.”


Matthew 10:38-39—“And whoever does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.”


Luke 3:8a, 10-11—“‘Produce fruit in keeping with repentance ...’ ... ‘What should we do then?’ the crowd asked. John answered, ‘The man with two tunics should share with him who has none, and the one who has food should do the same.’ ” (NIV)
