*Building Great Teams Means We Are Committing To 
1) Grow Together and 
2) To Model Growth Together For Others

*Having NO Concealed Suspicions About One Another
Nothing Good Or Healthy Grows In The Dark /
Trust & Trustworthiness Is A Choice

*Trustworthiness Is Doing My Best To Keep My Word 
And Promptly Acknowledging It To You 
When I “Drop The Ball”

*Trusting Is Choosing To Believe That You Will Do Your Best 
To Keep Your Word, and 
That If You Can’t, 
You Will Promptly Acknowledge It To Me That You “Dropped The Ball”

*Choose To Trust  “I’ll Think The Best Of You In The Gap 
Between Expectations & Experience” 
(The Gap Between what I expect of you and what I experience from you)

*Choose To Be Trustworthy  “I’ll Tell You First If I Drop The Ball”

*Own YOUR Part In It First: Look In The Mirror (yourself) Before You Look Out Of The Window (others)

*Choose To Confront In A Relational Way
When You Distrust (Think the worst of someone)  
But Don’t Accuse Disrespectfully, 
Or You'll Toxify The Culture Of Love In The Body

*Being Relational Means Choosing To Preserve Our Relationship 
Instead Of Choosing To Prove I’m Right.

*LOVE One Another enough to 
1. Choose To Trust 
2. Choose To Be Trustworthy
2. Choose To Confront In A Relational Way.
*Remember: “Not So With You”…Don’t Do Leadership Like The Carnal Minded World (Seeking To Be Served Yourself) 
Choose To See Leadership As Servanthood (You Serving Others)

*We Need To Acknowledge and Honor ONE Visionary Point Leader… VISIONARY POINT LEADERS SERVE FIRST IN THE VISION  
“Follow We” Doesn’t Work

*Being Great Must Mean Great In Servanthood… First In Service To All…We’re Not Here To Be Served But To Serve Others

*Do For SOMEONE What You Can’t Do For Everyone 
(Don’t let smallness or limited resources stop you from making a difference.)

*Run At A Sustainable Pace…When We’re Under Pressure, Tired,  Or Too Busy We Become Very Self Centered/ Selfish/Stingy…Pace Yourself

*Celebrate And Reward Examples Of  Selflessness Or 
“Servanthood Greatness” /Or Mutual Submission

* “What Gets Measured Get’s Done”  
   “What Gets Rewarded Get’s Repeated”

*A Celebration Of Mutual Submission Creates A Culture Of Service

* Take A Moment To Celebrate Selflessness Or  “Servanthood Greatness” With A Thank You Note To Someone Who Served You Recently
